I am a yr old professional looking to rent one of my rooms. I live in the south Austin area. The room is the biggest room in the house and has its own private bathroom. It is a 2 story townhouse. bath. The downstairs is the common area. I have 2 small dogs and a cat. I am looking for someone that is clean, respectful and trustworthy. I do like to have fun and enjoy friends and family so there may be an occasional party.
