Renting out a room with private bathroom and loft space. Tenant would get basically the entire upstairs to themselves (approx. sq ft). I’m a full-time Firefighter Paramedic and would prefer another healthcare professional. Safe Gated neighborhood close to shopping and near freeway access for commuters.
