Looking to find a room to rent in Riverside or halfway between Fontana/Riverside for easy commute to work. $ max is my budget. My current lease ends in April, looking to find a room for rent by March to put deposit down, and move my belongings within certain time frame. FT working in the dental field, and own a side business servicing teeth whitening (not home based). On my down time, I do Muay Thai, like to read, and am into designing (CAD/Softwares). NOT looking to share a room, but okay with sharing the house of course :) - also looking for full house access.. kitchen, laundry, etc.
