My roommate Nick and I have nice, medium-sized room available for rent in our 3 BR duplex in Prospect Heights. The lease starts September 1st and is for 1 year with the option to renew. As a kicker the apartment is rent stabilized! We are also a minute walk to the A/C stop and the B, Q, , and 5 are all within a -minute walk. There is a Citibike around the corner as well!
