Hi, I'm Ben! I'm years old and originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, but i grew up in SD. I've also spent a significant amount of time living in Berlin, Germany.
I'm looking for a private room of any size, in a shared apartment or house in San Diego. I am a professional with a stable income. Prefered move in would be the end of August.
I’d love to live with friendly, respectful, and like-minded individuals who value open communication and cleanliness. I enjoy gardening (i planted a forest garden in germany), so id also be willing to work trade).
I'm a kind, open hearted quiet guy, who is also a hell of a listener. I love being social, but also enjoy spending alot of time with myself to recharge. My hobbies include playing the Handpan, meditation, climbing, gardening, kirtan, reading, painting, swimming, hiking, trying to learn to surf and watching movies. I also love permaculture and have a PDC (for those who know what that is). I dont smoke and only drink on occasion.
I also have: 7 years of property management experience, a nag for handyman work, years of gardening experience and great with kids (i worked as an outdoor educator for years).
