Hi everyone! I have an open room available starting Bd2Ba MAA James Island rental. The unit is spacious and in a great location, right by the James Island Connector– 5 minutes to downtown and minutes to Folly Beach. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout (the bedrooms are carpeted) and a very open concept living room and kitchen. There are plenty of parking spaces, the rent would be split evenly, and you would get your own large private bathroom. You would be living with me; I’m from Charlotte, NC and recently graduated from UNC Chapel Hill who enjoys sports, running, and going to the beach. Base Rent: $/person Utilities split evenly
