Preferably furnished. Work a steady full-time job at a bar in the design district. And manage our sister location on the sams block. Full time between both places. Close to downtown Dallas. I currently live in Rockwall. So I'd really like to find somewhere that makes the commute easier. I'm open to long-term roommates as well.I like to go to live shows and watch pro sports when I've got the time. Not a partier. Just shift beers after work. I keep myself grounded and modest.
