A room just opened up at my shared house! renting there as well and its newly remodeled and super cute. 7min drive to HPU and 2 minutes to highway (quick commute to GSO) $ everything includedWater, CPI, washer, dryer, electricity, trash service, We have a nice landlord couple who fixes everything quickly and is super nice.
