Hello, I’m looking to rent out my spare unfurnished second bedroom/private bathroom in the Audenn Apt complex in the West Bloomington area. The kitchen/dining/living areas are all furnished, but some things can be added with negotiations. Roommate will also have cabinet/pantry space. A brand new AC unit was installed in June. The apt also has a private deck. Preferably no pets, but that is also up for talks. The main occupier works nights in healthcare for 3 nights a week, so a roommate that respects my sleep schedule is ideal. Also potential roommate must be LGBT friendly. I keep things very clean and tidy. Rent includes WiFi, electric, gas/sewer, and club house access which includes gym/pool.
