Male or female roommate needed to rent your own private furnished suite with private bathroom in a beautiful newer 7 bedroom house in gated Southern Highlands with community pool. You’ll share the house with me (the owner) and one other female roommate who has her own room. Quiet big house, just two people live in the home.Free utilities. Free high speed internet. Perhaps free streaming, I tend to switch. Possibly EV charging for a fee. House has a laundry room with two LG washers. Of course you will get full use of the kitchen and have your own pantry space. There is an outdoor kitchen island for cooking as well. But...I don't want would be chefs cooking large greasy meals for hours on end. I don’t like cooking odors permeating the house all day. Yuck!No smokers, drugs, heavy drinkers and I mean it. I just kicked out a drunk. I don’t think day sleepers would work very well either…I sometimes work in the garage with power tools and don’t want to tiptoe around during the day. Must pass background check.
