There is a private bath downstairs that is exclusively yours and a full bath upstairs.that is exclusively yours. You will have a refrigerator, microwave/ air fryer downstairs, as well as washer and dryer. Limited storage is also available. There will also be access to the upstairs living room, kitchen, dining room, and deck with grill.Basic requirements: female, no children, no pets, employed, have your own transportation, no chemical dependencies, able to pass a background check (that you pay for), have references. If it sounds as if I am asking too much, then this is NOT for you. This space is quiet, and my plans are to keep it that way. If you are the type to have visitors coming and going, this is not for you. NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS, unless cleared with me first. This is my private home and not a boarding house.There is a $ refundable deposit.
