There are two rooms available, one with a bed & a tv, & the other without. There is a washer & dryer in the garage which you are able to use. We are pretty close to Fresno State University. Each room is for one person only. It is currently me & my child, with two roommates it will be four people total. You may contact my previous roommate for references if you'd like. No pets due to allergies.
