Clean safe and quiet upstairs room in a family home. Bathroom shared with one young adult one high school. Prefer female. It’s in a gated area, we are a working family. Unfurnished. Kitchen privileges as long as you clean up after yourself. Bathroom and common areas cleaned professionally weekly. WiFi included. No pets but we do have a downstairs dog.
