I have 1 bedroom in my home I am looking to rent. Bill share for Electric & Sewer / Buy your own food and drinks unless we come to an agreement on groceries. I have dogs, so pet friendly people only. I do not have kids so you don’t have to worry about your weekends. A rental agreement to be signed before move-in along with first month’s rent and room deposit $ (refundable upon review of cleaned room at move out.) An agreement to run a background check on the person who is renting the room required. .
