I’m renting one Bedroom in $ in perfect location: Edgewater, it’s a wonderful neighborhood, everything is walking distance, close to Margaret Park, mins from away to the beach, 5 to Downtown and Brickell and Midtown. The building is new with beautiful amenities, it includes: pool, gym, coworking spaces, etc. I would rather people between years old, and to move out to the next moth July.
