The southeast wall comprises three large windows, which allow light to come in all day and provide a beautiful natural view of a pond with ducks, geese, and foxes. The room is carpeted, so there may be no eating or drinking in the room. A large and pleasant living and dining area is available for all drinks and meals. On the east wall, there is a large walk-in closet.The room is fully furnished. No additional furniture is permitted. The room contains one firm queen bed (with sheets, pillow and pillowcase, blanket, and duvet), two bedside tables/cabinets, cabinets and drawers under the windows, three lamps, and an antique cherry rocking chair (by the balcony door). Art is already hung on the walls and no further wall hangings are permitted. There is a fully functional galley kitchen with fridge, over, stove top, microwave, toaster oven, cake mixer, and dishwasher. You will be provided with a private set of non-stick cooking pots and pans, plates and bowls, and cutlery. The living room has large, vaulted ceilings and a pleasant wood-burning fireplace. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, so there are no sounds of feet above and the apartment is extremely quiet, generally filled with the sound of nature. There is a stereo and record player in the living room, but no TV. TVs are not permitted.The apartment is located at the intersection of Guilford Road and Washington Boulevard (Route 1), not far from the Route interchange. The MARC station is miles away at Savage. It is miles from BWI airport. This apartment provides very easy access to Baltimore, DC, Annapolis, and W toward the countryside and Frederick.First month, last month, and a security deposit will be required. I retain Head of Household on the lease with the ability to provide you with -days' notice to vacate.There are two cats in the apartment.
