I have a private room available and a private bath immediately in a baths two story house for a professional/student who does NOT work from home.The available room is on the second floor. You have your own bathroom but it’s outside of the room.We're very friendly, respectful, easy going, and non-smoking. We don't have pets.The house is brand new , very quiet, clean, and located in a nice beautiful neighborhood. The price includes all utilities.There is a $ refundable security deposit that has to be paid before moving in.MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE MOVE IN!
