We are three family members. We don't have any pets and we are non-smokers. We have reference as well. The first thing I would like to tell you that every landlord wants good tenants and the tenant put the house clean and tidy. We lived long time in rent and our landlord never got any complaints from our side. We always treat the rent house like our own. My wife like cleaning and she is very punctual in cleaning the house. We are a family and we don't want to share with some other people. So believe us we would never chance to complaint to our landlord. Please give us chance to see this house.
