Gluten free home. The room is in a 5 bedroom house. It’s situated on two acres of land. There is laundry on as well as an in ground swimming pool. Each room has its own private entrance. There are lychee, mango and peach trees on the property that fruit in the spring and summer. Feel free to grab as much as you want when they do. There are no neighbors within ear shot. The area can be very private and quiet outside of route which the house parallels. 3 out of the 5 rooms are or will be available to rent. Two rooms are being finished soon. One room with a private bathroom is available for an additional cost. The room is unfurnished. If you require a furnished room, please let me know and I may be able to accommodate. After move in, a personal fridge and food cabinet will provided in your room.
