Hello, I’m Kaylee , and long story short me and my friend are looking for someone to take our spare bedroom to help out with rent. We have 2 cats momma and dash so no animals allowed. We live on the third floor! There is a pool, gym, pond (you can fish) and tennis court. Rent includes rent, lights, water, trash, sewer, and wifi. Rent and move in fee is do upon moving in!
