We are a couple looking for a 4th housemate for the top floor bedroom in the townhouse we pay rent for. The home is located in Belmar shopping district, secs walk from Belmar movie theater, shops, Target, etc. There is a living room with and electric fireplace, gas-stove kitchen with and island, a patio, and a garage. The bedroom comes with its own bathroom, and there is a washer and dryer.
