you will be getting a room with an attached bathroom. it's already furnished with a bed, a TV and two closets and an attached bathroom. you will be sharing a kitchen, a living room. The kitchen will already have utensils, plates and different things that were left by my previous roommate that could be used for you. you must be easy going non-smoker. not much of a drinker and a male only. landlord will require first and last. if I like you, I'll give you his contact information and you can contact him. this will be for December 1st. I need someone to do paperwork immediately so you have enough time to move in by December 1st. I also would like someone who's a stable job and can prove that willing to sign a contact agreement that I make and is a fairly clean person. also no partying but we can talk about bringing friends over.
