The house is nestled in a quiet and very safe neighborhood near parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and conveniently located near the freeway, for easy commute around the Detroit Metropolitan area, DTW airport, etc. The move-in ready, spacious, private rooms include a queen size bed, a “ TV with free wifi, Netflix, ROKU stations, and a bedside table. (What you see is what you get in the pictures. All furniture and beddings are new.) The windows have blackout curtains in case you have to sleep during the day. The rent includes all utilities, and parking. Our tenants will have access to the common areas of our home, living room, kitchen, laundry room, backyard.(you are welcome to use kitchenware and fridge). The sink is installed with a water filtration system. The bathroom is shared by tenants only.
