I have one room with a shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities available. The house is in Southwest Phoenix near Interstate Ten and the freeways at Indian School Road and Eighty Ninth Avenue. I have one room left with a shared bathroom. It can be furnished or unfurnished - your choice, but please make sure anything you bring with you does not have any bugs or strong odors. Just need a cheap place to crash? In a lot of ways this is better than a motel room for an extended stay because it is so much cheaper and you have access to a kitchen and laundry room. Please clean up after yourself and get along with others in the house. Bring your couch if you want to (no bugs or odors please) or use mine, which is very comfortable for sleeping. I want to rent by the month and hopefully not have to get new people very often, but if you are just looking for a few day, a week or whatever, feel free to ask me about it and make an offer.
