Looking to rent a room in a neat and clean home or apt in Marina, Venice, Playa or Westchester area. Century city or BH also works . I have a home in OC and occasionally come to Los Angeles for work and socializing. I am looking for someone who has an extra room that I can pay monthly to access a place to work out of and stay times a week etc
