Hi there! My name is Mackenzie Martinez. I’m a year old female dade county lifeguard and First Watch server/hostess/busser looking for a room to rent. I work everyday 7 days a week with no days off so I would only be home to eat, shower, and sleep. I’m also an introvert with only 1 close childhood friend that I barely see because I’m extremely busy working towards my career and life goals. I do not like to party and go out at night a lot and I don’t like staying up late because both my jobs are morning shift (pm and pm). I usually wake up around am and go to bed around pm latest on a night that it’s hard to fall asleep.) Max budget is $ a month. I have 1 pet cat currently named Panini, she is litter box trained and spayed (fixed). I’m open to non pet friendly rentals because I can sort out foster arrangements for my pet to take care of her until I can get my own personal apartment in the future. I’m looking to move out mid February preferably but if an affordable and pet friendly rental offer located in cutler bay comes my way I’m willing to move out sooner before mid February.
