My house is a one level ranch house located catecorner across the street from Frederick High School. As you can see from the photographs I had a huge patio poured which is also covered with two sky lights in the ceiling, feet of the foot long patio in my backyard has the covered patio over the cement. Westview subdivision is a very quiet and safe neighborhood to live in. There are great views from my backyard to see the mountains. From my backyard fence line to my neighbors backyard fence line is yards of open space. On the south side of my house there are no neighbors, with an open space which has an irrigation area for the water to travel from the southwest area to the southeast part of the land around the homes in this part of of Westview subdivision. My house is two miles east of I- off of highway and one mile north of highway . Very easy to get to I- quickly. I am looking for a person who does not have younger children. Adult guests visiting is fine.
