(I may be fostering a dog from the animal shelter). The gated community includes a playground with half basketball court, a communal pool + jacuzzi, plus access to Meadowood Park and Olympic sized pool. Meadowood Park is right next to the community within 3 minutes walking distance. The property is close to 5 freeways and toll roads as well.Parking is provided in the garage - one per roommate.The utilities are covered The substantial monthly association fees are covered. I’m looking for two female working professionals in their thirties and up, nonsmokers, dog lovers preferred. Respectful open communication is a must.
