About me

I’m looking for a roommate who will pay at least $/month and split the cost of a cleaner every other month to keep the place nice. I value privacy and expect the same in return. This is a non-smoking complex, so no smoking inside or around the building. I travel a lot, so I’m rarely home, but when I am, I work from home and play video games. I love hiking, going to fancy restaurants, and taking photos. I don’t have pets, but if you have one, a cat is the most I’d allow, and you’d need to pay pet rent upon moving in. The communal areas are indoors, so please be mindful of odors and cleanliness. There’s a new security camera outside of unit, plus the complex has cameras in the hallways. If you plan to have guests staying for weeks, we’ll need to discuss extra rent. I’m looking for one person, not a revolving door of visitors! lol
