Looking for someone to take over our roomates lease and/or sign the new one that will start May 1st. We are not the property owner, this is an ad to find a new roomate. 2 of us are renewing the lease, our other roomate has already moved out and is still rent for the duration of the lease unless someone takes it over. You would be able to take it over for him now or sign the new lease with us in May.About the House: Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors. Lots of greenery. Its a duplex, so we have one shared wall but we never get any noise from neighbors. We have a garage with washer and dryer, large living room with a fireplace, and a good sized backyard. There are 2 parking spots in our driveway plus plenty of street parking. The window AC in the room photo will be removed and taken by our old roomate prior to you moving in (House has central AC).About us: I am a twenty svn year old male, other roomate is a twenty fve year old female. She has the master bedroom with connected bathroom. The room up for rent shares the bathroom from the photo with me. We both work full time jobs. I work a more typical schedule job M-F, she works very early AM hours mixed days. About you: The ideal roomate for us would preferrably be in the same age range (twenties) and have a steady job. Male or female is fine, but no couples. Must have good credit or someone who will cosign for you. All of the credit checks, application, etc. will go through our property management company. We both rarely have people over and like to keep a calm relaxing household. We are fine having people over, but for any big groups or loud noise at night we want someone who will respect early work schedules and coordinate around that.If you tour the place and you seem like a good fit, move-in date could be any time from now until May 1st. Water is included in rent. No sewer, we are on septic. We pay PG&E, internet, and trash.
