Open room is downstairs with the “family room” and laundry room. It is also right next to my game room, which I only use on the weekends. Fully furnished, carpeted, with a queen bed (different than the one in the photo), desk and big tv. Free use of everything in the house as long as you’re respectful and clean up after yourself. Utilities included however WiFi will depend on how much you use it/the bill goes up. The house includes AC, garage, giant backyard with a bonfire pit. Cameras upstairs, downstairs and outside. I have 2 very loving dogs. Recently out of an abusive marriage so between broken things, and some things that I’ve simply neglected for a while, the house definitely needs some tlc. I’m working on it and with the help of a roommate and the xtra financial assistance I’ll be able to get it looking right in no time.

Unfurnished hardwood floor room, directly next to my room and the office upstairs. The main full bathroom is right in the hallway, two sinks. I currently use it however I also have my own private bathroom so I can clear my stuff out of the hallway bathroom if preferred. House comes with 2 loving dogs, giant backyard and bonfire pit, garage, AC, cameras upstairs downstairs and outside.
