I’m pretty easy going and enjoy a peaceful and clean roommate. Have a spare unfurnished bedroom to rent out month to month and includes kitchen.
I do work during the week and study.
I have a dog.
Parking is offsite and doesn’t include laundry.
No overnight guests or loud noises.
