Hello! I have a room available in my 2BR apartment starting February months and possibly longer. The apartment is a 2 bedroom in-law unit in Redwood Heights in Oakland. I live on a beautifully wooded street, have in-unit laundry, a bath tub and a great deck out back. The available bedroom is ’ including the closet and is $/mo; PG&E and internet are paid separately. The room can be furnished or unfurnished as needed. A Few Deal Breakers:-Unfortunately, the landlord will not permit any more dogs (I have a small dog that stays with me one week per month)-The space is only large enough for one person (sorry no couples or families)-No smoking of any kind in the house (sorry this is not a friendly household per my allergies)About the Rent & Move in Costs:-Rent includes water and garbage, but PG&E and internet are extra and split 2-ways (I expect utilities to be about $/mo on average per person)-Move in costs will be the first month's rent plus a $ deposit-Your sublet agreement will be month to month (as my lease with the landlords is also month to month)About me:I am a year old white queer woman. I am originally from the Midwest but lived in NYC for 5 years before moving to the Bay in . I work from home most days as a sign language interpreter. My other interests include hanging with my adorable, small chiweenie dog, board games, dancing, and most things outdoors. I am responsible, kind, friendly, thoughtful, a good communicator and easy to get along with.About my Potential Roommate:-Queer friendly and non-smoking-Sober or light drinkers are ok but no heavy drinkers, partiers or drug use of any kind please-Able to keep common rooms clean and tidy and keep up with your share of house chores -Willing to use primarily naturally scented personal and cleaning productsPlease reach out if you have questions....thank you!
