Self employed, single Mom who is always on the go! We have 2 dogs so an ideal roommate is someone kid and dog friendly. We keep our house clean and gluten-free. My daughter has celiac so I would prefer a roommate who can respect the kitchen 😉 we have a 3 bedroom home in South Philly in a great neighborhood. Living room, dining area and kitchen on main level. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Renting out a fully furnished spare bedroom. Basement is finished and is my daughter's playroom, laundry room and a half bath. We have a small yard where the dogs have access with a doggie door. Move-in fee includes: first, last months rent and utilities for those months as well.
