Howdy! I am currently searching for a roommate to share a modest house located in the Glencliff/Woodbine area ( minutes south of downtown Nashville, just off Nolensville Pike). The house is a Bath situation, meaning you would have to share a bathroom/common space, but have your own bedroom. House has a spacious backyard, patio, and a separate space out back that will be converted into a photo studio/production office that I am willing to share as well. Laundry on-. Pets allowed, with notice to our landlord. The move-in date is January 1st.Rent is currently $ per roommate ($ total), plus utilities. You will be sub-leasing from my current roommate, who is sadly leaving for a new job at the end of the year. Lease is signed for a commitment until May , with the option to sign for another months afterwards. Prior to moving in, you will need to fill out an application and pass a background/credit check through the landlord. Driveway/street parking is available. It is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, and the house is within a minutes’ drive to a grocery store (5 to nearest Kroger, to Publix and ALDI). The location is centrally located in Davidson County.You will be getting the larger bedroom space to use as your own. The bathroom will be mostly furnished. However, a lot of kitchen utensils/appliances, dining area furniture and living room furniture will be taken by my current roommate.
