Looking for a roommate! $ a month including utilities.Located near Palmer park and academy I’m and pretty relaxed/chill, I work Tuesday-Friday it’s just me and my two dogs so unfortunately can’t allow anymore pets. The place is a -bath, duplex. All rooms are furnished except the bedroom for rent. I have laundry washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a one stall garage and fenced-in backyard. There’s no central a/c, but I have a window unit that works well in the summer and have heat for winter. Preferably looking for single female roommate :)
