We’re looking for a new roommate to share a cozy three-bedroom townhouse. You’ll have a furnished private room and closet but will share a bathroom with one other person. The townhouse is two stories and includes a kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator, shared office space, and a washer and dryer. Parking is included, with additional street parking available. The townhouse is located in a quiet residential area with grocery stores and parks nearby. Utilities such as internet, electricity, and water will be split evenly among the three of us. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, respectful of noise levels, and does not smoke indoors. Preferably someone who can move in as soon as possible. We’re both in our mid to late twenties. I work in the tech field from home and enjoy making music, being outdoors, and traveling in my spare time. My current roommate is in medical school and shares some similar interests.
