Looking to rent out the second bedroom & bathroom in my condo, all furnished and ready to go. Condo has been recently updated and is in a great location near safety harbor, very quiet and clean neighborhood with a community pool and also there is a gym and many restaurants in walking distance. Very easy going homebody type of guy, clean, quiet, respectful, no partying, live alone, not too many visitors. I work from home and also in the field. My schedule varies so sometimes I am up late, sometimes not. Looking for someone clean, easy going, and respectful. The HOA does not allow dogs, you would also need to be approved by the homeowners association prior to move in, they will assign a parking spot.
