You’ll have your own private space but a shared common area, and there is a walk in closet and balcony access from your bedroom. $ Rent would cover utilities as well. You’re welcome to decorate any of the spaces as you wish, the house itself is not fully furnished but the kitchen has all the stuff you’ll need and there is an in room washer and dryer. I’m pretty young but I don’t have many friends so I’m not the big party type and I mostly keep to myself.
