Off of Chestnut and garden of the gods It’s half of a duplex. baths (1 is a shower + bath, 1 is a shower only), moderate sized front room, kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer in unit, and moderate sized basement. The master bedroom is the bedroom that will be included. There is a covered car port included for your parking. The basement is my office. The rent is static as confirmed with the landlord even with a new lease being made + utilities split between me and a roommate. The landlord is a really nice guy. I’ve lived at the property for years at this point. The neighbor on the other side of the duplex is a nice older woman and surrounding neighbors are also nice. There’s a back yard but it hasn’t been greened due to previous lack of tennant interest but the landlord is open to discussions of putting in greenery if that is of interest. He currently pays for the water and trash services but with a new lease being signed that may be adjusted so I do not want to guarantee that would carry to the new lease unless the backyard got discussed.The front room, kitchen, and laundry room are fully furnished including dishes, silverware, and the like. The master bedroom where the new roommate would be will not be furnished.
