Hi! I’m looking for someone ( Sac State Students only please) to take over my lease. This is a bedroom with two baths. It comes with a full kitchen, in unit laundry, and a living room. It also comes with parking too. If you don’t want the parking space, that is fine too we can deduct that out. There are two males and one female roommates as of right now, but you can always change your preference whenever. I’m just looking for anyone to take over my lease by August / before August ends.
