I live in Gilbert, between Elliot and Higley. The room for rent has its own bathroom. I’m in the process of furnishing it, but if you have furniture, you can store what you don’t use in my garage or spare bedroom. You will also have your own parking space in my garage. All bills are included in the rent, unless I notice a significant increase in my bills, in which case I may raise the rent. I live alone with 2 cats, and occasionally, my thirteen year-old daughter visits me on the weekends. You'll share the whole house and appliances with me. The rent is $ One Thousand per month. FYI, the cats rule the house. I don't have any pictures because I'm clearing my daughters stuff out and haven't finished it. 🙃
