I am looking to rent two rooms in a house to one person (female roommate preferred). You would get two rooms, your own bathroom, a garage spot, and a fully furnished house with a nice backyard in a safe neighborhood. All utilities are included. The two rooms are not furnished but can be if needed.The area is nicer with a lot of trails, near by shopping, quick access to the highway, and decent food options. We are in walking distance of quite a few things. There is also a bus stop about three blocks away. Within two miles there is King Soopers, Safeway, Whole Foods, Walgreens, Target, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Dutch Bros, spas, nail places, fitness centers, resturants, a library, many parks, plus so much more.I'm hoping you are relatively quiet, tidy, and friendly. I would prefer a non-smoker, I really do not care if you vape. Please seek other options if you do drugs that are less than legal. I ask that you do not have a criminal history. I currently work a night shift and sleep during the day, so ideally, I'm looking for someone a bit quieter. I am a heavy sleeper, so talking won't wake me up, and you living your life won't be a problem. You will likely only see me briefly in the afternoon on work days, and in the later afternoon and evening on my days off. I am quite quiet, very calm, I would like to think I'm friendly. I'm happy to be friends or leave you alone as long as we can coexist well.
