I’m currently trying to find someone to take over my lease at The Dillion (ASAP) for the school year. I am offering a free month’s rent to whoever takes over my lease! It’s a fully furnished 4 bedroom apartment. You’ll get your own bathroom connected to your room as well! You’ll have 3 roommates and they do provide roommate matching so you’ll room with people that have similar interests, age, etc. The monthly rent is $ and The Dillion will handle the transfer of the lease and will deposit my check for first month rent into your after your signing to make the transition easy for both parties. There's nothing wrong with the apartment I just decided to transfer next year and need someone to take over my lease asap.
