One male roommate () who works a days a week. 2 cats who are super friendly, but no more pets allowed. House Amenities: pool, backyard, security cameras, a workout shed with equipment, fully furnished house with appliances and dishes etc., dishwasher, washer and dryer and plenty of street parking with no restrictions. Super safe neighborhood and super friendly roommates. We all spend most evenings in the living room together. Very community if you enjoy that.
