I am a recently divorced dad who has spent the past year on disability due to autoimmune disease. I am getting back to the job market to supplement my disability and am in need of a roommate or to move asap to fit my new budget. I am very clean, quiet lifestyle, and more than happy to contribute to cleaning and keeping up the common areas. Open to any gender or background, I am a very open and fair minded individual.

I am looking for a roommate to take over the private master suite in my apartment starting for the February rent. I am recently divorced and on a new budget that means I will need to live with someone moving forward to keep up the rent given recent disability and work adjustments. The apartment is kept very clean other than a few doors that need fixed cosmetically from when my kids were still around. Being I do not have them visiting, it is just me and my cat Seamus for the time being. I am not one to typically have overnight guests.
