The house is a relaxed and comfortable place to come home to without any stresses or dramas.Very close to a wide range of shops, restaurants, a Westfield shopping center and the Coomera train station.It comes with a nice pool area that you can relax and unwind in after a long day as well as a 'man cave' area with bar and pool table.There's a large entertaining / bbq area as well and I am happy for people to have friends around and make use of the area, particularly on weekends.Currently have two bedrooms available for rent - rooms are currently unfurnished, but I am open to furnishing the rooms for the right applicant should it be necessary.Property comes with unlimited mbps NBN connection - fiber to the premises.I currently live in the house alone, but I do have a 6 year old daughter who is here every second week. We also have a cat (that you will probably never see) and a turtle.Room will be $ per week for individuals or $ per week for couples including all bills.
