There are 4 furnished bedrooms that are for guests/that we rent and have been renting for years to international students, grad, students, interns, etc., and Airbnb., This area is close to many schools and universities that has been convenient for students in which we’ve had many grads, interns, international students …We always want you to feel at home so please…our home is your home :) We have an eat in kitchen, living room , 1 full bath that is shared and a bath down in our lower finished basement. Laundry, WiFi, cable tv. We have Parking enough for 4 cars tandem in driveway. Parking on street is allowed all hours during the year - except from AM to AM from December through April 1st winter/snow season. We have a very nice back patio with chairs umbrella and table, nice yard and gas grill for anyone to use. We want you to feel like this is your home away from home.
