I’m a single dad with a 5-year-old who stays with me part-time, and I'm looking for a responsible, friendly roommate.
Here are the details:
Rent: Monthly rent with internet included. Electric bill is split .
Talise Apartments off Gilbert & Uni
Important Info:
-No drugs, alcohol or smoking
-Must be comfortable with kids and willing to submit to a background check.
-Unfortunately no cats or dogs allowed due to allergies.
-Covered parking spot is not available, so you'll need to find parking nearby.
-I prefer that any guests you have come over when my son isn’t home to ensure a calm atmosphere.
-Subletting is an option if you need to break the lease, but we’ll need to work out the details and agree on a replacement.
Ideal roommate is someone who’s responsible, respectful of personal space and ok with kids.
