I have two rooms for rent in a 4 bedroom home. One is smaller and furnished (can remove) and the other is a bit bigger with no furniture. Both will share a bathroom together. The common areas are open with a tv for communal use in the living room. Both my current roommate and I are gammers and work a lot so the house stays on the quiet side.
